They were even engaged at one point, but their wedding was called off after Blake allegedly blindsided Brynn with a prenuptial agreement a month before the ceremony. They share two children together, son Ford Wilson Cameron-Griffin, 9, and daughter Finley Elaine Griffin, 5. Brynn also has an older son, Cole Leinart, 14, with former NFL quarterback Matt Leinart. Brynn sued Blake for palimony in 2018, claiming that he abandoned her and their kids to pursue a relationship with Kendall Jenner.
She accused him of breaching their oral contract to support her and their family after he convinced her to quit her sports marketing job and focus on raising their children. She also alleged that he humiliated her in public by flaunting his romance with Jenner. The lawsuit was settled in 2019, and the exes reached a custody agreement for their kids.

The supermodel and reality TV star started seeing Blake in the summer of 2017, shortly after he split from Brynn. They were spotted hanging out at various events and venues, such as Nobu, Coachella, and Clippers games. Kendall kept their relationship private, but she did tell Vogue in 2018 that Blake was “very nice” and that she had “someone being very nice to me.
However, their romance fizzled out by the spring of 2018, reportedly due to their busy schedules and long distance. Blake was traded from the Los Angeles Clippers to the Detroit Pistons in January 2018, which made it harder for them to see each other. They also faced some challenges from Blake’s legal battle with Brynn, who named Kendall as a homewrecker in her lawsuit. Kendall moved on to date another NBA player, Ben Simmons, while Blake remained single for a while.
